What we are looking for:

  • Qualifications in Community Services or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to manage complex situations with discretion and sound judgement
  • Prior experience or, at a minimum, demonstrated commitment to working respectfully with Indigenous and culturally and linguistically diverse clients, communities, staff, and Aboriginal controlled organisations.

Note: The filling of this position is intended to constitute a special/equal opportunity measure under section 8(1) of the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth), section 57 of the Antidiscrimination Act 1996 (NT) and section 12 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010.
