ICMS Receptionist & Administration Support Worker

Level: 3.1

Salary: $75,586 per annum/pro rata

Status: Permanent Full Time

Tangentyere Reception & Indigenous Case Management Service (ICMS) is part of the Social Services Division, which aims to improve the quality of life of Central Australian Aboriginal people and the wider community through providing innovative, responsive, and culturally appropriate services.

This role is required to contribute to the provision of quality services by providing administrative support for Tangentyere Council's main reception.

This role is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient running of the reception area whilst providing administration support to the Human Resource Department as required.

This position also undertakes Tangentyere Card service activities and assists the ICMS program clients and service providers who access Emergency Relief (ER), Proof of Identification (ID), Return to Country, and referral services.
