The CentreA beautiful 159-place service in Penrith is looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Director to co-lead their vibrant community. This is a unique opportunity to utilise your leadership skills within a centre that is already supported by two sets of committed leadership teams. You will be responsible for driving exceptional educational outcomes, ensuring high-quality operations, and fostering a positive, collaborative culture alongside your co-director and teams.

The RoleAs a Centre Director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Quality care, development and education of children
  • Team & culture leadership

  • Office administration duties

About YouTo be successful in this position, you must have:

  • A Diploma or Bachelors of Early Childhood Education, or working towards the qualification (ACECQA-approved)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of management or leadership experience within sector
  • Passionate belief in the early years care, development and education of children
  • Strong ethics and genuine approach towards child safety and WHS
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated P&L accountability
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Recent Child Protection Training/Safeguarding
  • Current First-Aid Certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
  • Adaptability, flexibility and resilience and is able to respond positively to change
  • Australian unrestricted working rights
