About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Centre Director/Manager to join the team at Little Superstars Early Learning Centre in Blaxland, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education to the children enrolled.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing strategic leadership and direction to the centre team to achieve operational excellence
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, legislation, and quality standards
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of the centre's educational program
  • Managing the recruitment, training, and development of the centre's educators
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with families, the local community, and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring and managing the centre's budget, financial performance, and administrative processes
  • Driving continuous improvement and innovation within the centre

What we're looking for

  • Tertiary qualification or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Substantial experience (5+ years) in a senior management role within the childcare industry
  • Demonstrated success in leading a team of educators and driving operational excellence
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and other relevant regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and drive continuous improvement
  • Passionate about providing high-quality early childhood education and care
