A market leader in industrial equipment, providing premium products and exceptional after-sales service across Australia. With a strong reputation in reliability and customer support, they are now seeking an experienced After Sales Territory Manager focused on compressor and dewatering pumps parts and service.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of After Sales, this role is responsible for increasing service revenue, managing key customer relationships dealing with Compressors and Dewatering Pumps. The goal is to strengthen customer satisfaction, grow parts and service contracts, and enhance overall aftermarket performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer relationships and act as the main contact for after-sales support
- Drive sales growth in service contracts, spare parts and warranty extensions
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base
- Partner with distributors to achieve PTS targets and support dealer performance
- Monitor service delivery and resolve technical or operational issues
- Gather market and competitor insights to support business planning

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Trade qualification in Heavy Mobile Plant or similar
- Experience in after-sales, service or territory/account management
- Knowledge of parts, service and warranty operations
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
