The Role

We are seeking a technical sales specialist to promote our broad product range, identifying and developing new business as well as maintaining strong relationships with our existing customer base.

About You

You will be a highly motivated professional, ideally with a background in science related sales who:

  • has excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • is solutions focused and concerned with customer requirements
  • is energetic and proactive - a self-starter

Preferred qualifications and skills include;

  • Formal science qualification highly regarded
  • competence in use of CRM software
  • professional presentation
  • Sales experience preferred but not essential

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include;

  • Identify and develop new opportunities with metropolitan and regional customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions and other events
  • Meet established KPIs of lead generation, customer interactions, sales pipeline etc.
