About us

Headquartered in Brisbane, Queensland, we have a professional team of NAATI-certified, highly experienced translators and interpreters. We deliver hundreds of projects each month and ensure our clients are fully supported throughout their projects with good understanding and clear communication.

We are currently expanding and are seeking a highly experienced Senior Interpreter with NAATI-accredited credentials in English and Mandarin to join our office in Perth CBD. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients and linguists, and play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services, and contribute to the growth of our operations.

For this position, you will be required to perform the following:

  • Provide interpreting services and undertake translation projects for a variety of clients.
  • Translate documents, as well as reviewing translations produced by other linguists, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards.
  • Provide high-quality client service, including handling enquiries and preparing quotes
  • Coordinate with our panel of linguists to allocate projects, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Recruit, onboard, and maintain records of qualified linguists, ensuring they meet NAATI and company standards.
  • Represent the company at industry events, to strengthen client relationships and promote our services.

To be successful in your application, you must have the following attributes:

  • English-Mandarin NAATI interpreting credentials (mandatory).
  • Tertiary qualifications in interpreting and translation are ideal.
  • Minimum 3 years' Mandarin and English translation experience in this field, with a proven track record of performance that can be verified.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High level of professionalism and initiative.
  • This is a full-time position, not an entry level job, and requires a good deal of experience and dedication.
  • You must be located in Australia and hold full working rights, to apply for this position.

Benefits

  • Indicative salary: $76,500 - $85,000 pa excluding superannuation
