The Role & Team

Join a highly-regarded team known for its client-focused approach and excellence in handling complex, high-value matters. You will play a key role in:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of defendant insurance claims.
  • Providing strategic advice and litigation leadership across various sectors.
  • Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the team's development.

You will work across insurance litigation, advising on coverage, liability, and recovery prospects under various policies. While this team has a strong focus on asbestos & dust diseases claims, you will also gain exposure to general public liability, health, and other specialty product lines for a client base of international and domestic insurers.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A lawyer with 4+ years of PAE in defendant insurance.
  • This is a perfect fit for a Senior Associate or an experienced Associate ready to step up
  • An ideal candidate will have a background in general liability and/or dust diseases claims.
  • For consideration for a 100% remote arrangement, significant specialisation and experience in asbestos & dust diseases is required
  • For a hybrid model in the office, a solid background in defendant insurance will be highly regarded.
