Your New Role
- Open to Sydney, Melbourne OR Brisbane based candidates
Your responsibility in this role will be to work closely within our Retirement Value Stream and lead end-to-end planning, monitoring, and delivery of value outcomes at Aware Super. This role ensures efficient execution of initiatives within set deadlines and budgets, while upholding high-quality standards. By driving strategic initiatives forward, the Delivery Lead contributes significantly to Aware Super's enduring success and enhances the value delivered to its members.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- To lead delivery of concurrent Initiatives: Co-ordinate and prioritise multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring efficient resource allocation to squads, stakeholder alignment, while maintaining a high standard of delivery across all initiatives.
- Define scope: Clearly outline boundaries, objectives, and deliverables for squads. Work together with stakeholders to define scope.
- Estimate project timelines and costs: Accurately estimate project timelines, resource needs, and costs. Develop and continually iterate a realistic project schedule and milestones.
How do you exceed our expectations?
- You will have Program Management expertise working across large cross divisional projects
- Proven experience establishing detailed scope definitions and maintaining rigorous scope control throughout the execution of projects.
- Ability to clearly engage with various stakeholders, including key business stakeholders, executive level, and technical specialists.
- A track record managing relationships with vendors, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, along with the ability to develop and execute contingency plans.
- Experience within Superannuation and Digital
- Agile expertise
