Must Have Skills:
Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery, manage timelines, budgets, and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and tools like Power BI/Tableau to derive actionable insights and present them clearly.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving & Reporting: Expertise in interpreting complex datasets, identifying trends, and delivering accurate reports to support strategic decisions.

Nice to Have Skills:
Cloud & Big Data Tools: Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, AWS Glue, or GCP BigQuery for modern data engineering workflows.

  • Advanced Analytics & ML Exposure: Understanding of predictive modeling, Python/R for advanced analytics, and basic machine learning concepts.
  • Data Governance & Quality: Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR), data quality frameworks, and metadata management tools.

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute

  • End-to-End Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management
  • Own the delivery plan, manage timelines, risks, and dependencies, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and managing escalations.
  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation
  • Perform in-depth data analysis using SQL, Power BI (or similar tools), and Python to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and present findings in a clear, business-friendly manner.
  • Governance, Reporting & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure adherence to delivery governance, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track progress and support decision-making.
