Refuge & Co is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our thriving café located in Atherton,

Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and attention to detail

 Follow food safety standards and maintain a clean, organised kitchen

 Work efficiently under pressure to ensure smooth service

 Assist with stock management and maintain kitchen supplies

 Collaborate with the team to deliver great food and excellent customer satisfaction

What We Are Looking For

 Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent is a minimum

 Requirement, or at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the

formal qualifications

 Experience cooking in a café or restaurant environment

 Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware

 Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)

 Ability to follow all sanitation procedures

 Ability to work in a team

 Good communication skills

 Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
