About the Role

Expressions of Interest are sought for the position of Juice Chemist located at Proserpine Mill in the Whitsundays.

The position will suit someone who is self-motivated and doesn't require close supervision. Previous related experience is preferred but not essential. This position follows a continuous shift Lifestyle Roster working 12hr shifts; Day Shift hours are 6am - 6pm and Night Shift hours are 6pm - 6am.

These roles are primarily responsible for performing analysis for cane payment purposes. The incumbent will also be expected to conduct other analysis as required. Accurate data must be entered in a timely manner as per a required schedule. These positions are also responsible for performing checks on laboratory equipment and systems, cleaning, and maintaining records.

  • Team Work - work effectively within a team

Ability to achieve competency in a Certificate III in Laboratory Skills
