As the Control Chemist at our Proserpine Mill, you'll play a key role in cane payment analysis and support other testing activities as needed. You'll keep data accurate and on schedule, help maintain lab equipment, and ensure records are up to date. It's a hands-on role that keeps our lab running smoothly throughout the season.

Your Role in Action
  • Timely Analysis and Interpretation: Carry out routine testing on sugar cane samples and report the results.
  • Optimisation and Control: Conduct regular calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Ensure Laboratory Hygiene: Perform general housekeeping within the lab environment to make sure everything is clean and organized.
  • Safety Aware: Be committed to getting the job done safely and responsibly.
