Human Resources Manager
Award and Condition: Kyeema Enterprise Agreement
Hours: Flexible up to 3 days per week
Objective of the role:
To lead and manage the Human Resources function, ensuring the provision of high-quality HR services across the organisation in compliance with all internal procedures and external laws and standards. This role also involves supporting, mentoring, and overseeing the HR team and ensuring alignment with Kyeema's vision and purpose.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
· Kyeema Support Services Inc is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join the team in our Portland office, on a part-time basis.
· Overseeing the HR, training and OH&S departments and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position will ensure provision of high-quality HR services across the organisation in compliance with all internal procedures and external laws and standards
ABOUT YOU:
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
· In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and industrial relations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
· Ability to relate to participants, families, staff, and other stakeholders of Kyeema.
· Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
· Proven experience in a human resources role with strategic responsibilities, ideally with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
· Experience in the disability sector, particularly with NDIS Disability Standards.
Pre-employment screening:
· Prior to an offer of employment being made, candidates will be required to undergo a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
