About the RoleA suitably qualified Physiotherapist is required to provide specialized service in the management of musculoskeletal disorders in the workplace.
The Physiotherapist will report to the Clinical Lead, working closely with the Human Factors & Ergonomics team to ensure early contact and review for all musculoskeletal injuries.
- Clinical assessment and management of musculoskeletal disorders, development of treatment plans, and provision of clinical Physiotherapy treatment and exercise rehabilitation programs.
- Collaboration with the Health & Safety team to educate personnel on injury prevention and management strategies.
- Contributing expertise to injury investigations and guiding action plans to prevent reoccurrence.
- Conducting workplace assessments and providing recommendations to improve rehabilitation case management outcomes.
- Supporting the Human Factors team in completing ergonomic and psychosocial risk assessments.

- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy and AHPRA registration.
- Demonstrated clinical experience in outpatient musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
- Relevant skills in exercise rehabilitation, Human Factors & Ergonomics, strength training, or Occupational Physiotherapy.
- Progression towards a postgraduate qualification.
