As a key leader in our healthcare organization, the Assistant Director of Nursing will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic growth.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior-level guidance and oversight to clinical divisions, ensuring seamless execution of our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and management to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance clinical initiatives
  • Ensure effective human resources management during off-hours
Requirements:
  • Degree in Nursing or related field with current registration via Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Advanced Life Support qualification
  • Postgraduate management qualifications with at least 5 years' experience in clinical/management roles
  • Relevant postgraduate human resource management or leadership/management qualification
