Growing NDIS Practice – Bega Valley, NSW
Full-Time or Part-Time | New Graduates Welcome
About Breakthrough Therapy
Breakthrough Therapy is an established, clinician-owned practice proudly serving the Bega Valley community for over 5 years. Due to continued business growth and increasing demand for quality allied health services in our region, we are expanding our multidisciplinary team.
We deliver evidence-based, family-centred therapy primarily to paediatric clients (0-18 years), with growing opportunities to develop adult caseloads. Our flexible model allows therapists to tailor their role to their clinical interests and strengths – whether that's early intervention, school-based support, sensory integration, AAC, dysphagia, mobility, or functional rehabilitation.
About the Role
Join a supportive team in the stunning Sapphire Coast region and contribute to meaningful outcomes for clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality assessments and interventions (clinic, home, school, or telehealth)
- Collaborating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary colleagues
- Building a caseload aligned with your expertise and passions
- Option to focus on paediatrics or expand into adults as our services grow
New graduates are encouraged to apply – you'll benefit from structured supervision, mentoring, and a gradual caseload introduction.
Why Join Us?
- Professional Growth: $2,000 annual CPD allowance, regular supervision (meeting SPA/OTA/Physio Board standards), and opportunities to shape service development
- Flexibility & Balance: Full-time, part-time, 4-day weeks, or school-friendly hours
Competitive Package:
New Graduates: $85,000 – $95,000 + super (pro-rata for part-time)
- Experienced Clinicians: $100,000 – $120,000 + super
- Additional: kilometre reimbursement, laptop and phone provision and relocation assistance (up to $5,000 for interstate applicants)
- Lifestyle: Work in a close-knit rural-coastal community just minutes from world-class beaches (Tathra, Merimbula), national parks, and affordable housing – no big-city commute required
About You

- AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Passion for rural practice and client-centred care
