Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Speech Pathologist, based in Maitland, NSW, Australia. The role offers both on-site and community-based services. As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will provide assessment and intervention services, address speech and language disorders, and design personalized therapy plans. You will collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure optimal care and outcomes, supporting communication development and addressing complex needs, including speech and communication disorders.QualificationsSkilled in Speech Therapy and clinical application of speech interventionsExpertise in identifying and treating Communication DisordersProficiency in addressing Speech and Language Disorders in a variety of populationsStrong ability to collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teamsWell-developed communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesRelevant professional licensure and qualifications in Speech PathologyExperience mentoring or supervising less experienced professionals is desirable
