As the Team Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the action – supporting the Centre Management team with financial admin, reporting, and day-to-day coordination. It’s a hands-on role where your attention to detail and knack for getting things done will make all the difference.

What you’ll be doing

- Raise and process purchase orders, invoices and utility contracts

- Manage tenant billings, reconciliations and lease administration

- Support arrears management, contractor payments and reporting

- Keep financial records and databases accurate and up to date

- Be the go-to person onsite for admin support and customer queries

What you’ll bring

- Experience in finance, accounting or administrative support

- Confidence working with numbers and Excel

- Strong organisation, accuracy and communication skills

- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership
