About the Role
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing HR inboxes for multiple clients, preparing polished documentation, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting a range of HR projects.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and consistency, and who enjoys the variety that comes with working across multiple clients and industries.
You'll communicate primarily through written channels, ensuring every document and response reflects the professionalism and excellence DreamStoneHR is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain HR documents including employment contracts, policies, and position descriptions.
- Manage client HR inboxes, drafting professional written responses and escalating matters as needed.
- Maintain accurate employee data within HRIS platforms (e.g. Employment Hero).
- Assist with recruitment activities, posting ads, shortlisting candidates, and preparing offer documentation.
- Support onboarding, performance, and compliance processes across multiple clients.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and presentations using the Microsoft Office suite.
- Assist in Award interpretation, compliance audits, and HR project coordination.
- Use digital tools such as Canva, e-signature systems, and workflow trackers to enhance efficiency and client experience.
About You
You're proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with a passion for delivering high-quality HR support. You take pride in your written communication, love creating order, and can confidently manage multiple priorities.
You'll bring:
- Experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Administrator, ideally within a fast-paced or consulting environment.
- Sound knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and modern awards.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms).
- Strong written communication, accuracy, and professional presentation.
- A high level of integrity, confidentiality, and reliability.
- A love for systems, structure, and getting things right the first time.
