Data Migration Lead

Our client is a leader in its field within the Australian Financial Services domain and has a strong commitment to transformation for the purpose of improving functionality that better supports its customers and employees.

Underpinning this is a strong focus on Data Uplift at an Enterprise level that contributes to stronger Data Effectiveness, Efficiency and Governance.

The business is currently in the process of moving data into Salesforce, and as a result has an initial 6mth contract opportunity for an experienced Data Migration Lead, experienced with ETL Tools and with a strong background in migrating Data to Salesforce.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in a Data Migration role.
  • Must be able to define and clearly articulate the Migration Strategy.
  • Highly competent with ETL Tools.
  • MUST have demonstrable experience in developing ETL processes using various tools and techniques.
  • MUST have a Strong background in Migrating Data from source system into a Salesforce Platform.
  • Strong Data Mapping skills, including Source to Target.
  • Demonstrable skills and experience in Requirement Gathering a Documentation.
  • Skilled in producing Data flows and models.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Must be Pro-active and be able to work independently as well as with your peers.

This is a Melbourne based role and will require the candidate to be available to attend the Melbourne CBD office as well as WFH.
