Senior Data Migration Lead Position">

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Migration Lead to lead our team in delivering high-quality data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data migration, Business Intelligence (BI) & Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data migration initiatives and develop strategic plans to deliver complex data solutions.
  • Drive data governance initiatives and build relationships with partners to understand data quality, management, and AI offerings.
  • Manage a team of BI/migration data experts and contribute to sales materials, Request for Information (RFI), and tenders.
  • Develop and implement BI/data strategies and design data solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Consultant in Data, BI & Analytics, in a client-facing role with the ability to manage a team of consultants and developers.
  • Extensive experience designing, developing, problem-solving, and deploying BI, Analytics & Data Migration solutions across multiple industries.
  • Practical experience with AI tools to assist data migration activities is an advantage.
