We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Migration Lead to join our team. This role is dedicated to delivering high-quality data solutions, driving data governance initiatives, and leading technical teams to success. The ability to understand both high-level strategic goals and low-level technical details makes this position an invaluable asset to the Data & AI team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead data migration initiatives and deliver high-quality data solutions in complex environments.
  • Drive data governance initiatives and build relationships with partners to understand data quality, data management, and AI offerings.
  • Manage a small team of BI/migration data experts and contribute to sales materials, RFIs and tenders for DXC.
  • Develop and implement BI / data strategies and design BI solutions.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience as a Consultant in Data, BI & Analytics, in a client-facing role with ability to manage a team of consultants and developers.
  • Extensive experience designing, developing, problem solving, and deploying BI, Analytics & Data Migration solutions across multiple industries.
  • Practical experience with AI tools to assist data migration activities is an advantage.

Professional experience

10+ years as a Consultant in Data, BI & Analytics, in a client-facing role with the ability to manage a team of consultants and developers. Previous experience managing a team would be highly regarded.
