Full Time Opportunity

As Capability Lead, you'll help define what great looks like for our technology functions. Whilst this is not a coaching role but rather a strategic, analytical role focused on defining best practice, building frameworks, and enabling tech leaders to deliver against those models.

You'll partner with cross-functional leaders to assess current maturity, build visualised pathways to uplift, and establish clear capability targets aligned to Greenstone's future strategy.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Research and define capability frameworks across domains like engineering, data, and architecture
  • Build and baseline current-state maturity assessments with measurable progress pathways
  • Create visual models to communicate capability uplift goals and progress
  • Collaborate with technology leaders to embed frameworks and drive accountability
  • Bring clarity to grey areas, creating scalable structure from ambiguity
  • Document current and to-be Lean processes to identify opportunities for optimsation and continuous improvements
  • Deliver end-to-end capability uplift programs, including pilots

What are we looking for?

  • Strong background in strategy, consulting, or capability frameworks
  • Skilled in data analysis, visualisation, and maturity modelling
  • Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, CMMI, ADKAR or related frameworks
  • Experience building and implementing capability roadmaps across tech domains
  • High-level stakeholder engagement and influence
  • Project management experience highly regarded
  • Structured thinker with a delivery mindset
