About us:

We are a builder/developer based in Adelaide with a 30-year history of successful residential development.

About the role:

The position requires 3-4 days per week with flexibility offered for start/finish times and days per week.

Manage accounts payable/receivable, as well as BAS preparation, rental invoices and general data entry and purchase order/ bank reconciliations in Xero. Reconciling Purchase Orders against the Project Budget and Producing Financial Reports relative to each Project in Xero. Familiarity with Xero and Xero projects is essential, previous experience in this type of role would be essential.

The position wil also require dealing with the day-to-day requirements to assist in the smooth functioning of the office. Suited to someone who is energetic and enthusiastic, with maturity and experience who is looking for a long-term position.  A enthusiastic attitude and professional demeanour as well as willingness to take ownership of the position is necessary. A competitive remuneration package together with flexibility can be negotiated with the successful applicant.

About You:

You will need to be familiar with  Xero and its reporting capabilities.

A polite, professional manner when dealing with our consultants, suppliers, contractors, and clients is essential.

Attention to details and good knowledge of standard accounting practices is an important aspect of this position as well as being an active team player. An accounting qualification is highly desirable.

Drivers licence essential and solid references.
