About D4C

Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium comprising of industry leading Tier 1 organisations - John Holland, Service Stream and WSP. We are helping our client, Sydney Water, to deliver a $34 billion dollar program over a long-term project, providing design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across their southern region - from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to the Georges River National Park

About the opportunity

Our team in the Sydney region is experiencing a period of growth and has identified the need for support in the Workforce Operations Team.

This role will require you to liaise with project managers and engineers, which typically includes tasks such as:

  • Raising PO requisitions and receipting after the job is complete
  • Reviewing and adding operational resources to projects for time sheeting
  • Process within the business system
  • Interpreting industrial instruments and applying this to payment requirements and obligations.
  • Uploading and downloading claims in the internal system
  • Assisting the Construction Project Team with administrative tasks to support the project including safety, environment, quality and community
  • Establishing and maintaining projects/site office workspaces with office supplies and equipment
  • maintenance of financial and site records
  • Organising team meetings and event logistics
  • Other general broad scope project administration duties

About you

  • 3+ years administration experience
  • Administration and document management practices
  • Experience in Ineight Systems is desirable
  • Recent work experience on construction projects desirable
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • White Card
  • Drivers License is desirable
