WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?..
.

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll drive full-funnel growth across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and Email/CRM. This is a hands on executional and strategic role perfect for someone who loves data, performance, experimentation, and continuous optimisation.

You'll own our digital performance engine across key markets, working closely with creative, Marketing and leadership teams to push channel performance, enhance customer experience, and scale revenue. Candidates must have strong experience managing performance marketing campaigns across Search & Social and have the ability to leverage strong SEO expertise to boost organic visibility, optimise site structure, content, and drive sustainable growth.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a digital or performance marketing role, ideally within D2C or high growth eCommerce
  • Hands on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and performance focused campaigns
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword optimisation, and content best practices
  • Experience managing email/CRM platforms such as Klaviyo
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions
  • Passion for growth marketing, testing, and continuous improvement
