Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Sydney

*This role can be part-time (3-4 days per week) or full-time*

We're seeking a driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join a creative media team working across digital platforms. You'll help shape the digital direction of a well-established brand that engages a large and passionate senior audience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise HubSpot Enterprise for marketing automation
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies
  • Drive audience engagement and build strong customer relationships
  • Coordinate email marketing with editorial and sales teams
  • Analyse performance metrics and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and apply best practices

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with HubSpot Enterprise (essential)
  • Strong understanding of CRM, email marketing, and campaign automation
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Background in publishing or media is a plus
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
