  • Analyse business processes and recommend improvements
  • Develop functional specifications for system integration
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement changes
  • Provide support in project management activities
  • Conduct user training and create user manuals
  • Monitor system performance post-implementation
  • Ensure compliance with retail industry standards and regulations
The Successful Applicant
  • A degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst (3-5 years)
  • Strong knowledge of business process and system integration
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders
  • The ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Proficiency in project management and user training
