Cystic Fibrosis WA (CFWA)
is a not-for-profit organisation that provides a comprehensive range of services and resources to improve the lives of people and communities impacted by cystic fibrosis, respiratory conditions and rare disease.

The Grants and Projects Coordinator partners with CFWA teams through the full grant and project lifecycle to deliver outcomes – by understanding strategic priorities, shaping opportunities that build on our strengths, applying expertise and tools to manage grant and project portfolios; and building and maintaining trusted relationships.

In this influential role you will:

  • scope opportunities and co-create concepts and value propositions;
  • identify and pursue grant prospects, including writing compelling proposals;
  • manage a well-established portfolio of grants and stewarding trusted relationships;
  • lead grants and projects from logic mapping and planning to outcome measurement and acquittal.

Essential Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:


Significant experience in grant coordination - ideally in service and capability building


exemplary written communication skills - and a passion for crafting compelling narratives

Strategic acumen and conceptual skills

Well-developed, collaborative stakeholder engagement

Facilitation and problem-solving skills

Strong project management skills
