We are seeking a Junior administration assistant to join our busy and professional office. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and build your career in a supportive environment.

About the Role:

This entry-level role offers exposure to a wide range of administrative duties and direct involvement in the day-to-day operations of our national multi-disciplinary company. No two days will be the same

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Answering phone calls and greeting visitors

    • Assisting with job bookings and project tracking

    • Data entry and document preparation

    • Filing, scanning, and maintaining digital records

    • Supporting project managers with administrative tasks

    • Helping with logistics, deliveries, and general office coordination

    What You'll Bring:

    • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn

    • Good communication and basic computer skills

    • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

    • Interest in the surveying or construction industry (a bonus)

    • No experience necessary full training provided
