About Us

Quickcheck Smoke Alarms is a Bundaberg based business that has specialised in providing smoke alarm compliance services including smoke alarm upgrades and maintenance electrical services for over 17 years. We service Bundaberg, Childers, Hervey Bay, Maryborough and surrounding areas.

The Role

We require an energetic, friendly and reliable smoke alarm technician who enjoys working at a fast pace. The hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm - NO weekend work ever The core role is to service smoke alarms in rental and private residential properties to meet with the Queensland smoke alarm standards and provide assistance to our electricians or office staff as required.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Manual driver's licence and be willing to travel

  • The ability to work autonomously

  • The ability to work efficiently and to complete a high volume of work

  • Be self-driven to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Accuracy and attention to details is a must

  • Access to email/printer/scanner

Additional Information

The applicant must be a resident of the Bundaberg area and be willing to travel to Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Childers and surrounding areas as required.

Training, tools, phone and work vehicle provided.
