Full-time Factory Trade Assistant

As a Trade Assistant, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our workshop. In this role, you'll support qualified cabinet makers with workshop production and CNC/ Edge bander. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in the Cabinet Making industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with cutting, assembling, and finishing cabinetry
  • Operating basic hand and power tools
  • Loading and unloading materials
  • Operations CNC machinery
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
  • Supporting tradespeople with various workshop tasks
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a workshop, construction, or trade assistant role
  • Good work ethic and a willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
  • White Card (Construction Induction) – or willing to obtain
  • Current driver's licence
  • Forklift licence (advantage)
