Bookkeeping Assistant – Join Our Growing International Team

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and ready to be part of a supportive, fast-growing company? Due to ongoing growth, we're looking for a Bookkeeping Assistant to join our friendly team at our International Head Office.

This is a full-time position, with standard hours from 9am to 5pm—and we're open to offering some flexibility for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Accurate and efficient data entry
  • Preparing and sending invoices to clients
  • Matching purchase orders to bills
  • Allocating incoming payments to invoices
  • Communicating with our valued clients via phone and email
  • Supporting the finance team with a variety of admin and bookkeeping tasks
What We're Looking For:
  • A keen eye for detail and strong data entry skills
  • A professional and friendly phone manner
  • Experience with Xero or MYOB is a big plus
  • Confidence using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
