- Salary - $129,464 - $142,666 pa plus superannuation and leave loading

**Your role**
- Parramatta Transitional Centre houses female inmates working towards their integration into the community. As a Manager at Parramatta Transitional Centre, your role is to lead and manage operations and administration within a Transitional Centre to support effective rehabilitation, reduce re-offending, and enhance community safety. Provide leadership and staff development while fostering a collaborative, ethical, and high-performing workplace to deliver quality outcomes and meet organisational goals.
- Key Responsibilites:

- Oversee planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of support services that enable residents to successfully reintegrate into the community
- Provide strong leadership and coaching to staff, fostering professional growth, teamwork, ethical behaviour, and a high-performance culture
- Ensure services are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, while meeting organisational and community safety objectives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated reintegration support
- Manage business and administrative requirements for a diverse offender base, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational efficiency.

**Essential Requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in a human services related field (or equivalent experience in frontline human service delivery).
- Working with Children Check
- Demonstrated computer proficiency
- Demonstrated conflict management, negotiation, people and resource management skills
- National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
- Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
