What You'll Be Doing

• Speaking with customers to resolve outstanding accounts
• Using your emotional intelligence to navigate sensitive conversations
• Negotiating payment arrangements and offering solutions
• Updating account notes and following compliance protocols
• Working toward individual and team targets with support and coaching

Shifts Available (Immediate Start) - Must be able to work the set hours below

We've got multiple roles to suit different lifestyles:

• 3 Shifts - Minimum 24 hours: Monday & Thursday 12:00pm-8:30pm + Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
• 3 Shifts - Minimum 24 hours: Tues, Weds, Thurs 12:00pm-8:30pm
• 3 Shifts - Minimum 18 Hours: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 2:30pm-8:30pm
• 3 Shifts - Minimum 18 Hours: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 8:30am-2:30pm
• 3 Shifts - Minimum 24 Hours: Monday & Wednesday 12:00pm -8:30pm + Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
• 4 Shifts - Minimum 16 hours: Mon-Thurs 4:30am-8:30pm
• 4 Shifts - Minimum 22 hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-2:00pm
• 4 Shifts - Minimum 24 hours: Mon-Thurs 1:30pm-8:00pm
• 4 Shifts - Minimum 24 hours: Mon-Thurs 2pm-8:30pm
• 4 Shifts - Minimum 30 hours: Mon-Thurs 12:30pm-8:30pm
• 4 Shifts - Minimum 30 hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-4:30pm & Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
• 5 Shifts - Minimum 20 hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-1:00pm
• 5 Shifts - Minimum 20 hours: Mon-Thurs 4:30pm-8:30pm & Friday 1:00pm-5:00pm
• 5 Shifts - Minimum 20 hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-4:30pm & Friday 8:30am-1:00pm
• 5 Shifts - Minimum 25.50 hours: Mon-Thurs 3:00pm-8:30pm & Friday 1:00pm-5:00pm
• 5 Shifts - Minimum 28.50 hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-3:00pm & Friday 8:30am-1:00pm
• 5 Shifts - Minimum 37.5 hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-4:30pm & Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $32.18 – $37.32 per hour
