Civil Engineer (1–3 Years' Experience)

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic and growing team.

In this role, you will be involved in the design, planning, and delivery of civil engineering projects, working closely with senior engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil, roads and stormwater projects.
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and regulations.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1–3 years' experience in civil engineering, ideally across a range of projects.
  • An understanding of engineering principles, design software, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A current driver's licence.
  • Has some experience in using the programs DRAINs and MUSIC
