About the Role

We're seeking a hands-on team member to join our Pump Shop. This active role supports sales, procurement, and logistics while working directly with gear that keeps things moving. If you enjoy practical tasks, variety, and being part of a tight-knit crew—this could be your next move.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and via email
  • Create purchase orders and client invoices
  • Pack and dispatch goods for delivery
  • Maintain warehouse organisation and stock control
  • Deliver parts to tradespeople and collect supplies
  • Monitor supplier back orders and update clients
  • Support other departments to keep operations running smoothly

Skills & Experience

  • Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Confident using computers and learning new systems
  • Physically fit for manual handling (up to 20kg)
  • Clear communicator with solid multitasking skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Manual driver's licence
  • Experience with pumps, reticulation systems, generators, or mechanical equipment—and a current forklift ticket—would be highly regarded, but not essential.
