What you will be doing

  • Lead and motivate the team on shift
  • Support and train staff to deliver consistent, friendly, and confident service.
  • help build rosters
  • Provide feedback, training, and accountability when needed.
  • Help maintain a positive and reliable team culture.
  • Oversee daily café operations: open/close, cash up, and service flow.
  • Handle customer feedback or issues with warmth and professionalism.
  • Keep the space clean, organised
  • Manage weekly stock ordering (coffee, juice, packaging).
  • Provide weekly operational updates to the owner.
  • Identify ways to improve systems, service, and efficiency.
  • Help maintain and refine café procedures and training guides.

Who you are

  • Someone with leadership potential and a background in hospitality operations.
  • Confident in managing people and solving problems on the go.
  • Keen to grow with us, lots of exciting opportunities ahead
  • Ideally 1+ years in a café or restaurant leadership position (manager, supervisor, or similar).
