About The Role
We're looking for a talented HR professional who must be available to start immediately on a contract to perm basis. As a
People Advisor,
you'll play a pivotal role in delivering professional, responsive, and pragmatic HR support across our dynamic and creative business. Embedded within the People Partnering team, you'll coach people managers, advise on employee matters, and help drive consistency and compliance in people practices.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment where your contributions will directly enhance the employee experience and support our people to thrive.

What You'll Do

  • Provide trusted advice and coaching to people leaders on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with Australian employment law, including the Fair Work Act and NES
  • Support the rollout of local and global people initiatives aligned with business needs
  • Promote the use of HR tools and platforms (e.g., Workday, L&D resources)
  • Coordinate cyclical HR activities such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and remuneration cycles
  • Maintain excellence in case management, documentation, and compliance
  • Monitor people risks and trends, escalating issues as needed
  • Champion process improvements and support organisational development initiatives

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor or People Partnering role
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience using HR systems (Workday preferred)
  • Confidence in coaching managers and handling employee relations
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, empathetic, and values-driven approach
