This is one of those 'rare' opportunities for an experienced People & Culture Coordinator/Advisor ready to step up, take ownership, and make a real impact in a dynamic, growing business

Join a small, collaborative P&C team and gain visible, hands-on experience across key HR functions. You'll be trusted to help shape the employee experience, support leaders and employees, and contribute to initiatives that matter.

Based in Melbourne, the culture is collaborative, flexible, and creating a workplace where employees can thrive. The Role As People & Culture Advisor, you'll play a key role in keeping HR operations running smoothly and supporting a positive employee experience. You'll provide practical, hands-on support that keeps employees and managers well supported, and ensures P&C processes are efficient and effective.

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Prepare employment contracts and support payroll administration
  • Maintain accurate HRIS and employee records
  • Coordinate internal communications and support engagement initiatives
  • Assist with policy updates, compliance, and process improvements
  • Be a trusted point of contact for managers and employees for practical P&C guidance

Skills and Experience You're a highly capable P&C professional who thrives on variety and responsibility. You're organised, approachable, and proactive, with the ability to make processes run smoothly and support a positive workplace culture.  You will have:

  • Proven experience in a People & Culture or HR generalist/advisory role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident in influencing at all levels
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a "get it done" attitude
  • Genuine passion for supporting people and improving the employee experience
