Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an entry-level (or experienced) Real Estate Sales Agent, based in Penrith (Western Sydney Area). The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and securing new property listings through leads such as cold calls, door knocking and building strong local connections. Assisting clients with buying and selling properties, conducting property inspections, and managing client relationships. Additional duties include negotiating sales agreements, following up leads, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local property trends and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Completed Assistant Agent Course / Certificate of Registration (NSW)
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Reliable, presentable vehicle
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident phone manner and willingness to generate new business
  • Professional Presentation and positive attitude
  • Available to work every Saturday
  • Comfortable with technology (CRM, Outlook, Mobile Apps)
  • High Level of resilience and coachability
