Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels

  • Conduct property appraisals and provide expert advice to clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities

  • Prepare and present compelling property sales campaigns and marketing material to attract potential buyers

  • Negotiate sales contracts and liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions

  • Stay informed about industry regulations and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales in the real estate industry

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently

  • Current Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate License

  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

  • Knowledge of the Greater Western Sydney real estate market
