Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role where you will be responsible for managing and growing the wholesale dealer network across NSW (approx. 70% on the road), while also supporting customer service and warehouse operations from our Hornsby head office. You'll play a key role in representing Stetson Australia and Greenwich Hat Co to our retail partners and consumers, while also ensuring seamless operational support behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen existing wholesale account relationships, providing staff training, product knowledge, and in-store merchandising support.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within the NSW territory to grow sales and market share.
  • Represent Stetson Australia and Greenwich Hat Co at consumer and trade events, as well as key industry tradeshows.
  • Support head office functions including customer service, order processing, and assisting with warehouse tasks as needed.
  • Provide premium customer service support to our retail partners and end consumers.
  • Collaborate with retail partners to optimise marketing opportunities, including improved in-store visibility, branded signage, and promotional activations.
  • Work independently while reporting to the General Manager, and cross-functionally with the broader team to execute channel distribution strategies.

Qualifications & Attributes

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • 3–4 years' wholesale sales or account management experience, ideally in premium goods, fashion, outdoor, or lifestyle brands (other industries considered).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting KPIs and sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves — from working with major accounts on the road to pitching in with warehouse/customer service tasks.
  • Alignment with Stetson's values of craftsmanship, authenticity, and community.
  • Highly collaborative, with a "team wins together" mindset.
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to travel within NSW (approx. 70% of time).
  • Current Australian driver's licence required.
