**About the Opportunity**

We are currently looking for a Casual Sales Merchandiser to join the national team at Creative Activation, representing one of our key client partners - Vodafone.

As a Sales Merchandiser you'll have the ability to work in FMCG channels and be responsible for providing field marketing and merchandising sales solutions to our clients. You'll do this by implementing their retail marketing plans in store with the goal being to ensure their product is visible, accessible and available to the consumer at all times.

You'll build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and use store sales data provided to drive further sales and opportunity based selling.

As a Sales Merchandiser, you'll be required to:

- Merchandise our clients' products within Grocery, Discount Department and Petrol Channels
- Build promotional point of sale displays, liaising with key decision makers for high traffic locations
- Negotiate over and above displays with managers to leverage our market share
- Check stock levels for stores, ensuring the product is well stocked and maintained
- Develop strong relationships with key personnel in all stores
- Hold and Utilise Stock and Point of Sale sent to you.
- Report accurate data upon the completion of each visit
- Provide feedback and field insights to your Field Manager

Location: Working across North Sydney and the Northern Beaches area, you'll visit suburbs including Manly, Hornsby, North Ryde and surrounding suburbs.

Hours/Days: This casual role is 12 hours per week, across Wednesday to Friday in line with promotional programs.

**Salary**: Competitive hourly rate plus super and car allowance for casual applicants.

**About you**
- Previous merchandising or retail sales experience within FMCG (particularly Grocery stores) highly desired
- Strong relationship building skills and negotiation skills
- Creatively minded, thinks outside the box.
- Hunger to make a difference in their territory and achieve sales results.
- Valid driver licence & reliable car
- Able to work in an autonomous role
- Attention to detail & pride in your work
- Excellent time management skills & a positive attitude
- Able to competently use an iPad
