We're looking for a motivated, driven Senior National Account Manager ready to take on a leadership role within our high-performing Commercial team at PZ Cussons. You'll take the lead in one of our most exciting grocery partnerships, managing a fast-paced, locally developed NPD pipeline and steering our market-leading categories to new heights in FY26 and beyond.

This is your chance to own the customer relationship, shape category strategy, and deliver real commercial outcomes with one of Australia's biggest retailers – Woolworths.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders at Woolworths
  • Delivering and exceeding sales and margin targets
  • Leading category reviews and driving strategic growth initiatives
  • Owning the promo calendar and ensuring brilliant execution
  • Expanding distribution of our portfolio across new and existing lines
  • Driving forecast accuracy and commercial insights
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to turn strategy into results

What You Will Bring To Our Business:

You're a confident negotiator, a natural leader, and a passionate commercial operator. You've cut your teeth in the FMCG world and you're ready to push further – leading with insight, challenge, and action.

  • Proven success in account management with large corporate customers
  • Track record of smashing net sales targets and growing categories
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen
  • A bold, strategic mindset – you're not afraid to challenge the status quo
  • FMCG experience essential;
