Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to work on an Education project in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. This is a single-trade project with a strong emphasis on safety supervision and site coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with the Construction Phase Plan.
  • Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety briefings.
  • Maintain accurate site records (daily diary, inspections, near-miss reporting).
  • Enforce strict access control and site boundaries appropriate to a live school environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience supervising small to medium-sized construction projects (preferably cladding or façade work).
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and CDM responsibilities.
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification (required).
  • Enhanced DBS check or Working with Children Permit (essential).
  • First Aid at Work (preferred).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
