Assistant Store Manager – Southland, VIC

Adore Beauty is continuing to grow our retail presence, and we're looking for an inspiring Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Southland.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting day-to-day store operations with energy and precision
  • Coaching and developing team members to create a fun, positive and performance-driven environment
  • Delivering exceptional in-store experiences through customer-first service
  • Managing stock, merchandising, and promotional execution
  • Driving results while keeping team culture front and centre

Who You Are

Experienced in retail leadership, ideally as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor

  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
  • A hands-on leader who leads by example
  • Passionate about people, customer experience, and creating a great place to work
  • Experience in beauty or fashion is a plus (but not essential)
