Right now, we're looking for a fixed term Assistant Store Manager to join our Moorabbin store starting in November to cover maternity leave

About the Role:

This is a 12 month maternity leave fixed term opportunity (38 Hours per week). Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday: 9.45am-6.15pm | Thursday: 10am - 4pm

Step into the role of Assistant Store Manager, where you'll thrive by:

  • Supporting the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as manage the team on the Store Managers RDOs.
  • Using your prior retail and apparel experience to train and help coach your team on the daily
  • Becoming a BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the very best experience
  • Learning the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting
  • Exceling in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs
