Join our dynamic team at Catch lending as a Mortgage Broker. This Contract position is a Hybrid opportunity, giving you the flexibility to either work from home or in our office with no restrictions. We offer an exciting Contract / partnership opportunity that focuses on high performing individual brokers or brokers looking to take the next step in growing there own team.

What you'll be doing

• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage products and loan options
• Actively work on building your self generated pipeline.

• Maintaining strong relationships with your existing clients with the support of Catch Lending.

• Negotiating with lenders to secure the best possible terms for clients

• Contributing to the overall success and growth of the Catch lending' mortgage business

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Mortgage Broker.
• Strong knowledge of the Mortgage industry, including product offerings, lending criteria and the application process

• This role will best suit a highly motivated broker who is driven to self generate their own leads. Although this is not necessary as leads will be provided, self generating leads will provide a broker with an exceptional opportunity to maximise their earning potential.

• A team player who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure our clients receive an exceptional service experience.

• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
